This Privacy Policy is applicable VB Insurance Brokers Ltd. (“Company”) and sets out our policy on the gathering and use of information on this site.

At V.B. Insurance Brokers Ltd., we value the privacy of your personal information as much as we value your business. Our Privacy Policy demonstrates our commitment to privacy while complying with Canadian Federal and Provincial privacy laws and regulations including the Personal Information and Electronic Documents Act.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

• Insurance and conviction history, which is required to assess your eligibility for certain insurance coverage. This also includes payment records.
• Details about your property such as the value of your home and contents, or vehicle use, to allow us to ensure appropriate levels of insurance coverage.
• Medical information such as any condition that may affect the operation of a vehicle.

It is our job to manage both your insurance portfolio and preserve your privacy. We may provide relevant information to:

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to update, change, modify, add, or remove this policy from time to time, as appropriate.
