What you need to know
Please be advised that as of September 30, 2025 Wawanesa will no longer be issuing paper copies of the following documents:
- Policy changes
- Policy Renewals
- Renewal rewrites
- Payment schedules
- Statements of account, including payment reminders
Wawanesa will only be sending paper copies of your motor vehicle liability insurance cards (Pink cards) and registered letters of cancellation.
We at VB Insurance Brokers value your need for these documents, and have the following methods available for you to access them:
- Office pickup
We will also be launching a client portal on our new website (Launching September 2025). This portal will give our clients access to their policy documents and pink cards. A working email address will be required for portal access.
We ask that clients contact the office either by emailing their broker, our general mailbox vbins@vbins.ab.ca OR call 780-645-4449 to advise of your document delivery preference.
